Journal of Korean Studies
Publication Series (Completed)2004-2009
The Stanford Korean Studies Program, in collaboration with Rowman & Littlefield Publishers, proudly published the Journal of Korean Studies between 2004 and 2009.
Between 1979 and 1992, the Journal of Korean Studies became a leading academic forum for the publication of innovative in-depth research on Korea. Under the editorial guidance of Gi-Wook Shin and John Duncan, the journal was revived and rededicated to publishing cquality articles, in all disciplines, on a broad range of topics concerning Korea, both historical and contemporary.
Formerly housed within the Korean Studies Program of the Walter H. Shorenstein Asia-Pacific Research Center at the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies at Stanford University, the Journal of Korean Studies is now published by the University of Washington-Korea Studies Program. Please visit their website for editorial procedures and submission guidelines.
