JKS Manuscript Submission

The JKS editors and editorial board welcome submissions for publication. The JKS is published annually in the fall.

Article manuscripts, including notes, should not exceed 50 double-spaced pages in length. Please submit two hard copies and an electronic copy of the manuscript. (The electronic version can be submitted on disc or via email.) Footnotes should be at the end of the text. For style and documentation format, consult the Chicago Manual of Style, 15th ed. (Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 2003).

Romanization of Korean words and names must follow the McCune-Reischauer system. Materials that have been accepted for publication or are being considered for publication elsewhere should not be submitted to the JKS.
